Refund Policy

Overview

At CaféShirt, our goal is your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process, provided that all conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Sale or Clearance items, custom-tailored pieces, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at returns@cafeshirt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Iranian customers using CafeShirt.shop, refunds will be made through the Shaparak payment gateway to the same card used for purchase.

Exchanges

We currently only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please email support@cafeshirt.com within 7 days of receipt.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
If the issue persists, contact us at finance@cafeshirt.com with your order reference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Undershirts or innerwear

  • Personalized or embroidered items

  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
